Welcome to the Yin Fit movement training module. Your physical training will be broken down into the following categories, and should be tackled in the following order:

  1. Warmup - 6x a week, 5 minutes

  2. Myofascial Release - 6x a week, 15-30 minutes

  3. Corrective Exercise - 6x a week, 10-20 minutes

  4. Strength Skills - 3-5x a week, 15-45 minutes

  5. Slinging Skills - 6x a week, 5-15 minutes

  6. Ballistic Skills - 6x a week, 5-15 minutes

  7. Slinging/Ballistic Hybrid (advanced alternative to 5 and 6) - 6x a week,

  8. Fighting Skills - 6x a week, 5-15 minutes

  9. Circuit Training - 6x a week, 10-60 minutes

  10. Walking/Hiking/Jogging/Running - 7x a week (Every day for the rest of your life), 15-60 mins

  11. Focused Flexibility - 3-5x per week - 10 - 20 minutes

  12. Play and Exploration - 3-6x per week, 5-15 minutes

Total daily time - 70 mins (beginner) - 5 Hours (Advanced/Pro Athletes)
